Citi’s Operations & Technology (O&T) group is looking for Summer Analysts to join a 10-week program with a variety of different tracks available within Citi’s technology areas.
The program starts in June 2024 with an intensive orientation where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team, and establish a long-term career here.
Your typical placement will look like this:
Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for analysing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi's cyber threat awareness and protection levels. CISO protects the firm’s most important assets, and is comprised of professionals from across the globe who manages the Information Security program for Citi.
Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm’s operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.
Through ongoing professional and technical trainings, as well as networking and mentoring opportunities, summer analysts build the necessary professional and leadership skills for future success.
Below are some example of the various assignments you will have the opportunity to work on:
- Reporting information security vulnerabilities
- Scanning Citi’s network, and discovering rouge hosts, networks, and devices
- Reviewing products like OS, and applications from an information security point of view
- Understanding blueprints regarding such products
- Designing and delivering Engineered Security Systems
- Engaging stakeholders to gather feedback, provide reporting and brainstorm on solutions
- Track identified process/product gaps and engage parties to fix
- Lead technology projects to implement new solutions or changes
- Creating dashboards and scorecards to summarize data
- Automating analytical processes
- Performing web and mobile application testing
We want to hear from you if…
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Information Security, or in any other analytical or technical-related major - You graduate in Summer 2025
- You have active Hungarian student ID
- You have an interest working in a high tech global technology environment
- Knowledge of scripting languages is an advantage but not a must - Python, Java, Java Script, SQL or non-SQL database experience, ASP.net
- Specialization at or knowledge of Information and Cyber Security concepts is an advantage
