RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Support for existing and new customers in ENGLISH;
- Be in close and direct cooperation with the development team in order to problem resolution;
- Inquire about customer's feature requests and requirements, elaborate a product development plan in conjunction with an engineering manager and provide this plan to the customer.
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Experience as a Tech Support Engineer;
- Experience with databases and understating DDL/DML SQL-queries;
- Experience with Linux and bash scripts;
- AWS/Azure;
- Perfect English both verbal and written.
