Study program change
According to 87/2015. (IV.9.) Kr. 52.§ (1), student can request study program change
- for autumn semester: from the end of the previous study period until latest 15th September.
- for spring semester: from the end of the previous study period until latest 15th February.
Requirements for study program change:
- two previous closed semesters
- no debt towards the university
„IK Request form to change study program” request is available in the Neptun before the beginning of the semester.
In case of a study program change, subjects have to be transferred to the new program by submitting „IK Credit transfer request” in the Neptun.
Student must attach the transcript about the completed subjects to the request. Transcript is issued by the Coordinating Center for International Education. https://edu.unideb.hu/p/contacts
Subjects mentioned in the request can be administrated to the first active semester.
Because of the long administration process it is important to submit the study program change request as soon as possible.
In the Neptun, student can switch between study programs in the upper rigth corner.
