Instructors' offers for the professional day are available at https://ik.unideb.hu/szakmainapok/. To do this, click on the name of the subject in the Instructors' offers menu and then on the button "Apply for the offer" on the page that appears. Here you will see the certificate of attendance, where you can tick the lecture attendance you would like to take part in.
It is important that when taking up the instructor's offer, the attendances used must be selected in such a way that they meet the requirements set out by the instructor in the offer. The use of the offer cannot be withdrawn at a later date and any attendances used in error will be lost.
Instructors have the opportunity to make clarifications on the pledges, so some pledges may not yet be available.In such cases, it is worth returning to the portal at a later date.Please note, however, that the instructor may set a deadline for the use of the offer, after which the offer can no longer be used.
When scanning before the lectures, everyone receives immediate feedback on whether the barcode has been successfully scanned. We therefore ask everyone to check this and, if the scan was not successful, to request a new scan immediately. Based on the successfully scanned barcodes, all participation will be entered into the database and will also appear on the certificate of participation. The only exception is if someone has scanned their barcode at two parallel lectures, in which case only one of the two lectures will appear on the certificate of participation. Consequently, we do not accept any subsequent complaints!
