Program:
- 7.10 - Students who registered for the tableau photography can get the talar (gown) and the cap in the I. room of the Main building
- 7.30 - Tableau photography session, ground floor, room number 5 of the Main building - only for students who registered for the session
- 7.30 - You can get the talar (gown) and the cap in the I. room of the Main building
- 9.00 - Opportunity to take a group-photo on the steps in front of the Main entrance
- 9.15 - Rehearsal in the central hall. This is a MUST for everybody. You have to wear TALAR (gown)
- 10.00 - Start of the ceremony
- 11.00 - You have to bring back the talar ASAP to I. room and you will get the diploma supplement
Talars must be returned by 12.00 at the latest!!

Projection: Guests can also follow the event via a projector in the Aula on the 2nd floor.
Parking: Due to the graduation ceremony, you can park for free in the university area (Egyetem tér 1.)
Baby room: The associates of the Mental Health Center of the University of Debrecen will operate a baby room, which will be located on the ground floor of the main building (to the right of the cafeteria).
Talar: Long, sleeveless, black dress. It is not necessary for boys to wear a suit, but we ask that they wear a black or white long-sleeved shirt. Receipt of the gown must be confirmed with a signature.
Diploma supplement: Graduating students receive the diploma supplements after the talar is returned.
Diploma certificate: Students who do not attend the graduation ceremony, you can pick up the diploma certificate, diploma supplement from the IK Education Office (Kassai út 26. IK-IF21 room) from the week after the graduation ceremony on working days between 9 and 11. An authorized person can also collect the diploma (Written authorization is necessary.)
Application: By submitting the request "IK Application for Graduation Ceremony_2025_06_27" This is also a must for all graduating students! Even for students who do not attend the ceremony. Request is available for students who successfully take the state exam in June 2025. Deadline: 24th June (Tuesday) 07:59:59
Guests: No number limitation.
Ceremony:
- The ceremony will be in the central hall. There are some chairs only for the graduated students. The parents and other guests must go to the stories to the corridor around the hall. They can also watch the ceremony on a LED wall.
- Everybody will have an exact seat, what you can check before the rehearsal.
- During the diploma receipt instead of handshakes, respect each other with a nod of the head.
- During the rehearsal you need to stop for a moment as a photo will be taken from everybody.
- In the ceremony the graduates will take the oath together. After the "I ..." you need to say your own name out loud.
Please make it clear to your guests not to disturb the graduation ceremony with conversation. The many seemingly quiet conversations add up to create a huge noise, due to which even the graduates cannot hear what is being said to them. Those who want to talk can do so outside the main building.
