At delaware Hungary, we’re looking for a Project Scheduler to help plan and organize our internal consulting resources. Your job will be to make sure the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time. You’ll work closely with Resource Managers, Team Leads, and Project Managers to keep everything running smoothly.

If you’re someone who notices the details, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving scheduling challenges, this could be a great fit for you.

As a Project Scheduler, you will:

  • Coordinate consultant schedules across multiple projects using our SAP-based planning system
  • Keep resource allocations accurate and up-to-date
  • Handle administrative tasks like assigning and removing consultants from projects
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Support colleagues in using the scheduling tool effectively
  • Monitor scheduling KPIs and alert the team to potential risks
