Regarding the recognition of the lectures, we would like to describe the following:
- certificates were made by comparing the chat data and the completed forms
- only the performances that were marked on the form were accepted, and all this is supported by the participation data based on the chat, so the form and the chat are only valid together
- if someone was ’present’ at two parallel performances, we accepted only one of them
The online platform works as follows:
- students can login with their eduID and then their profile will load immediately
- lecturers can search each student's profile based on the NEPTUN ID and select the lectures they want to accept
- if the lecturer has accepted the given lecture, then the lecture will appear dragged on the interface, and the other lecturers can only accept the remaining lectures
- students should notify the instructors by e-mail about what lectures they are willing to get accepted and by whom
